I appreciate the bravery & courage of this elections worker for giving us a glimpse into their nightmarish situation. Satcher is an egotistical, idiotic, incompetent, corrupt, lunatic who is all out abusing his position of power like the temper-tantrum throwing little dictator wannabe he is.

As Shakespeare has said “Revenge is a dish best served cold.”

Many (hopefully most) Manatee voters see Satcher for what he is…an incompetent grifter with a bad temper and an inflated ego.

The SOE employee is to be commended for giving the County residents a painful insight into the havoc that the Grifter has caused.

This can be stopped on August 20th. Vote Satcher OUT OF OFFIICE!! Vote for Scott Farrington!! Vote as if the integrity of our elections depend on it….because it does.

Defeating Satcher will be the “revenge” of citizens who demand elections that are conducted with integrity, honesty and impartiality.

Let’s roll Manatee County voters!! Kick Satcher out of the SOE position.

We should be outraged that Satcher spent $100K to send that letter with the voter info cards. He was flat out lying to say the statute required him to do so. Isn't not lying one of the commandments? He spent public money for self promoting, personal benefit, which is illegal. I submitted a complaint, but he'll get away with it because DeSantis' ethics commission won't hold him accountable - just like KVO got away with it. Corrupt people living off the public dole.

I am outraged!

I had requested and received a mail-in ballot, which now I am leery of utilizing and may do early voting instead. His inexperience, incompetence has been clearly shown. I feel so bad for the employees trying to do their jobs as well as they have in the past. I fear that Manatee's long reign as an office with the least amount of complaints in the state will be ending due to this egotistic, inept clown abusing his appointed position that was bought and paid for. Vote Farrington!

We request mail-in ballots just in case but surrender them at early voting or Election Day and vote in person.

It is worse than I imagined. Good God. I'm so sorry for those poor people working in that office. Is exactly the kind of clown show that we thought it would be, but it's just worse because it's happening so much sooner.

It's time for Manatee County citizens to report this problem to the authorities that oversee SOE offices versus doing nothing substantial to stop Satcher. Here is one entity to make a complaint to:

Citizens can report suspected wrongdoing to the Ethics Commission by: Completing and notarizing a complaint form. Calling the 24-hour hotline: 786-314-9560. And also a complaint can be filed here: https://www.fec.state.fl.us/FECWebFi.nsf/pages/Complaints. And another: https://ethics.state.fl.us/AboutUs/Index.aspx#:~:text=The%20Florida%20Commission%20on%20Ethics,an%20independent%20commission%20responsible%20for. I called the state about the situation, and spoke to a representative who said complaints should be filed to multiple agencies to cover all of the bases. I was told with state that a complaint under Chapter 104 would possibly work in this situation. I am very upset that in his position as SOE, Satcher is telling the public that those of us who changed parties to vote in primary have "rigged" the election, which is obviously and blatantly bias, out of the scope of his position, political, and to sway people to vote for him. When he says this in the public domain, he is putting some people at risk for possible threats against them for doing what he is saying is an election crime, but in reality is a normal procedure for any registered voters to do, all over America. I really hope people upset also file complaints. The complaint forms are not that lengthy or difficult. This letter could be used as documentation, as an example. There is video of him saying people who changed parties are rigging the election, the one in the debate with he and Farrington. And, there are more examples.

Lynn, I hope you do join me in filing an ethics complaint. He used public funds to send out new voter cards to EVERY voter in the county - all 274000. The cards were not up to date and only caused confusion. The real purpose was the self-promoting campaign letters. You have to get the ethics complaint form notarized. A UPS store will notarize for $10. And you have to attach a "statement of facts" - which can be as short as a paragraph. I can send you what I wrote if you want. My email is DavidD4300@gmail.com THANK YOU! - Even if he isn't eventually found in violation, there is a good chance he'll at least have to explain his actions to their investigator. Like why didn't he get the State Attorney General's opinion on whether the law actually required him to issue new cards? Or at least - why didn't he check with the State Division of Elections? Who exactly did tell him the says he was required to send them?

Okay, David. Send me what you wrote. Yes, I'm going to file something. I really don't like that he is accusing me of a crime to change my party. Rigging an election is criminal action, not something to joke about or haphazardly accuse someone of doing. There is a lot of evidence of what he is doing and saying. Check out the Dennis Maley editorial on Bradenton Times today, too.
