Manatee Commissioner Vanessa Baugh, who faces ethics charges, wants county to adopt 'code of ethics'

Vanessa Baugh, currently the only member of the Manatee County Commission known to be facing ethics charges for acting improperly as an elected official, on Tuesday will ask her colleagues to adopt a “code of ethics.”
