Lakewood Ranch attorney launches late bid to unseat Congressman Buchanan

Democrat Trent Miller filed two days before the end of qualifying period and will face Jan Schneider in Democratic primary on Aug. 20. Buchanan is being challenged Eddie Speir in the GOP primary.
