James Satcher loses an election. He responds by firing employees
Employees say they were given no reasons for their dismissals. Meanwhile, Satcher is still in charge of running general election in November.
Elections Supervisor James Satcher lost his bid to stay in office by more than 17 percentage points to Scott Farrington in Tuesday’s Republican primary. Coincidentally or not, he responded, in part, by firing at least four elections office employees, sources told The Bradenton Journal.
